Prices don't include Rome City tax (introduced with effect from 01.09.2014) which amounts to € 3,50 per person per night (applicable up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights). Childrens within 10 years of age and residents of the City of Rome are exempt from paying it.

Please, let us know beforehand the time of your arrival;
Check-in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time (after 8 p.m. only upon customer request);
Check-out is allowed until 10 a.m. local time;
Ask the luggage custody if your departure doesn't coincide with the release of the room. We offer luggage storage.
If you travel by car, there's a secure parking right under the B&B and many others nearby.
Free cancellation is possible only within 14 days of the start date of the stay; otherwise you will be charged on the payment of 100% of all your stay.
The no-show will be charged of the 100% of the entire stay.
Any changes regarding booking should be notified via email within 14 days before your arrival, otherwise the deposit of 50% or the deposit of 100% (in the case of cancellation or no-show) will be lost.
All children under 6 years pay €25.
Maximum number of extra beds/cots in a room is 1. Extra beds and cots are available upon customer request and must be confirmed by the property.
Extra bed cost is €35 (per room per night);
Pets are welcome, upon explicit request to the B&B in order to avoid the possibility of a discomfort to the other guests.
Payments can be made through credit card and bank transfer.
At the time of reservation we will require a nominal credit card as warranty and a 50% prepayment, the payment of the other 50% and the City tax will be paid at the time of check-in.
