Prices don't include Rome City tax (introduced with effect from 01.09.2014) which amounts to € 6,00 per person per night (applicable up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights). Childrens within 10 years of age and residents of the City of Rome are exempt from paying it.
Prices are per room per night. They're expressed in EURO and include VAT. Prices may change depending on the season or offers into force.

Check-in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time (after 8 p.m. check-in is not allowed);
Check-out is allowed until 10 a.m. local time;
Luggage storage service is not available.
If you travel by car, nearby there’s a paid security parking, let us know if you want to book it. If not, under our building there’re street parkings with blu lines (you have to pay) or with white lines (free, you don’t have to pay) at about 100 meters from us. We’re available for any other information.
Free cancellation is possible only within 30 days of the start date of the stay; otherwise you will be charged on the payment of 100% of all your stay.
The no-show will be charged of the 100% of the entire stay.
Any changes regarding booking should be notified via email within 30 days before your arrival, otherwise the deposit of 50% or the deposit of 100% (in the case of cancellation or no-show) will be lost.
All children under 6 years who sleep in the bed with their parents pay € 25,00 per day.
Maximum number of extra beds/cots in a room is 1. Extra beds and cots are available upon customer request and must be confirmed by the property.
Extra bed/cot cost is € 35,00 (per room per night).
Pets are welcome, upon explicit request to the B&B in order to avoid the possibility of a discomfort to the other guests and they’re subject to a daily supplement.
Payments can be made through credit card and bank transfer.
At the time of reservation we will require a nominal credit card as warranty and a 50% prepayment, the payment of the other 50% and the City tax will be paid at the time of check-in.
